The insurance company is refusing every claim...my only chance is to use a lawyer, but it will cost a lot!!!!=(

That is a mess. At least the VDS still works.

Lets see,

Heavy Right hand front damage and definite frame repair, new RH front suspension, all new front panels, radiators and possibly more.
2 new air bags and probably a new rear bumper that looks like it was dislodged in a secondary accident after a spin caused by the first.
At least the salvage company is plugging it in but as the indicator is glowing red I think that means it won't charge.
I would walk away.

Good catch. Probably won't charge since the cooling system is toast. Sad, though. If tesla got it soon enough, the battery pack probably could have been saved.
