For sale is an absolutely stunning 2012 Tesla Model S P85
This car runs and drives perfect clean in and out.
The car was purchased at an insurance auction in July 2016. Car sustained minor right front end collision that resulted in no frame or rail damage. The front fascia (bumper) right fender, right headlight right fog light Drivers wheel and knee airbags replaced. All damage has been repaired to spec at our body shop and all parts were replaced with OEM Tesla parts. This car has zero frame damage, zero mechanical damage, and it shows zero error messages. This car currently has a Minnesota REBUILT title Prior salvage , NOT a salvage title.

What software version is it on? Can you show a screen showing the 100$ and 90% charge? Can you confirm supercharger access? Usually for rebuilt/salvaged cars Tesla doesn't support it until it's resinspected and can block SC access, which would be a big detriment.

Also, what's the VIN?
 
so you basically buying a salvaged tesla and only saving about 10k.

can you still use superchargers? I have heard you cant once they are crashed?

There, actually, is not a clear-cut answer to this. It varies from car to car.

Early on, Tesla was shutting off SuperCharger access if the car was flagged as totaled. In the past 8-12 months, however, this appears (knock on wood) to have changed.

Best advice, if you are considering a salvage title car, ask to take it for a ride to a SuperCharger and plug it in. Verify with your own eyes that it charges.


EDIT - and for this car, the savings is more like 15-18k. A fully loaded P85 for 40k, stellar deal, even with a salvage / rebuilt title.
