I took the bottom shroud off my car to get a look at my headlight and found this laying on top of the shroud. Any ideas on where it was supposed to go?

Looks like one of the pull cables that open the frunk, you should have two actuators either side and they pull that wire that open 2 latches on the frunk.
Does your frunk open fully on the keyfob press or do you have to open it like a traditional bonnet?

The little car (fob) that came with appears to do nothing but act as a proximity sensor. To open the front I have to use the touch screen in the car.

Hey thanks for the info on the fob, I looked it up and found that it does indeed have more features. I thought it was pretty useless lol

Thanks bud, yeah I just now saw probably the same video lol It's the temperature sensor that I apparently just ripped off the wheel well cover in my rush to get it outta there.
