Historical data on ev-cpo is interesting but nothing more. The specifics of each past sale are unknown, as is the condition of each car. The bottom line is you won't find a similar car with the same warranty coverage that you can purchase for the same price or less- or even close for that matter. The cheapest 60s have all been above 40k for weeks now, and all of those have had the two year warranty.

Just curious about the warranty - you meant full battery and drivetrain warranty till April, 2021 and not necessarily bumper-to-bumper (which has probably expired by now after 4 years / 50,000 miles unless you got the extended warranty)? Only seeking clarification here.

It is private party sale. OP bought the car CPO from Tesla, and CPO warranty is transferable to future buyer (the 3rd owner).
