I am selling my lightly used Model S because I was informed by Tesla that my Model 3 will be ready in a few weeks. There are some paint scratch off on the outside. Other than that everything is in mint condition.

What warranties if any?

No warranty left. The original 4 year warranty has expired July 2017

The original 4 year new vehicle basic warranty has expired on 7/2017.

The Supplemental Restraint System Warranty covers seat belts and airbags for 5 years ( until 7/2018) or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first.

The Battery and Drive Unit Warranty covers lithium-ion battery for a period of 8 years (until 7/2021) or 125,000 miles, whichever comes first. It also covers damage to vehicle from a battery fire, even if it is the result of driver error.
