2013 Model S CPO with service contract

2013 Model S with 99,397 miles currently. Purchased as a CPO in March of 2018 while Tesla was still doing the full CPO inspection. Tesla replaced a door handle and the drive unit before moving it to my region. Had its first service appointment in October 2018. Replaced one tire pressure sensor. The car has upgraded tire pressure sensors for true air pressure readings in the car, upgraded to LTE, and includes free data for traffic/streaming/browser. Includes weather tech floor mats in the car, cargo net in frunk, and parcel shelf. The car has the tech package, free supercharging, dual chargers, air suspension, and 2 paid for service visits. 100% is 183 miles, 90% is 165 miles and still has the original battery/drivetrain warranty. Looking for $27,500 but willing to entertain serious offers. Car currently has a lien and is garaged in Greensboro, NC. Only letting it go due to taking delivery of my new model 3 SR+. Forgot to include that it comes with the original mobile charging cable that is capable of 40 amps instead of the new cable that only does 32 amps. Will also include the law front plate mount if needed.
