I'm cut and pasting this from my original invoice. Please comment on what a good price for this car would be? In addition to below, I have added tinted windows and Opticoat. Also, the car has the OEM center console in the rear bench. Michelin Tires added 5K miles ago.

    Black 0.00
    All Glass Panoramic $1,500.00
    19" Wheels 0.00
    Tan Nappa Leather $1,500.00
    Obeche Wood Gloss 0.00
    60 kWh $10,000.00
    Tech Package $3,750.00
    Sound Studio Package $950.00
    Active Air Suspension $1,500.00

I'm located in the SF Bay Area. No extended warranty but I just got the annual service at 50k miles with no issues.

I'll post some pictures if there is interest.

Near identical spec/mileage to my S85 just with the smaller battery, no warranty, and drivetrain warranty limited to 125k miles.

I think my S85 is worth mid 40's with the battery, CPO and drivetrain warranties. Tesla has offered me around $39k in trade (+tax offset on new car sales tax) nets around $41.5k on trade to a new S. If anyone would pay $50k for it they can pick it up tomorrow.

85 battery was $10k more new and at 60% of original value today would put your car in the high $30's to maybe $40k if you find a motivated buyer private or $33-34k in trade to Tesla.

Thanks for all the replies. Tesla has offered me $37K which is likely what I'll go with.

Looks like I made a mistake in asking for opinions on price. I didn't get much of a response until I mentioned that Tesla offered me $37K and quickly received many cash offers for $38K. I should have done my homework first. So, I spent some time on Tesla's CPO site and checked out Ebay and Craigslist.

Looking at all of this, I have changed this to a for sale thread with a price of $44K.

For those of who you are interested in the extended warranty, I called Tesla and they are willing to add it for $4K.

Here are some pics. For those of you in CA, I just paid DMV tags which are good through January 2018.

Hmmm. Maybe the $38k offers were legit. (though, I was not one of them)
