If this ad is still up, the Tesla is still for sale. It probably won't last too long because it's in great condition and it's actually still under the Tesla CPO bumper to bumper warranty (until October 2019 or 100k miles). The 85kWh Battery and Drive Unit are under warranty until 2021 for UNLIMITED MILES. The car was fully refurbished through Tesla's prior, extensive 200 point program, which is no longer offered (included cosmetics), so the car looks BRAND NEW inside and out. Tesla even replaced parts like the steering wheel, some of the seats, rear facing seats, rear spoiler, etc.

Let me get this right - You bought it for $48K with a 2-year warranty almost a year ago, added 5828 miles, and now your asking price is $48,900 with 13 months left on the warranty? How did it appreciate in value since you purchased it? Did you upgrade anything besides TPMS and LTE? Your own KBB screenshot shows the middle of the private party range at $44,804.
