I was really interested until I saw the price (looking for a car for my wife), but at that price point, I would just buy a second 60.
22000 miles with only 40kWh and no road trips (no supercharging) is really something! That is a daily 50 mile round trip commute in a car that must be charged nightly to 120 miles.
Was going to offer $35,000, but then I realized after adding the battery unlock and the supercharging update, I might as well keep looking at CPO 60's.. So I offer $30,000. Can pick up Sunday.
I'm on the same page. Is this car optioned just right to be worth $52k +$12.5k = $64.5k to compare to a CPO 60? i would be curious what Tesla trade in offer came in at foe this car.
Chances are that Tesla would offer more for it because they can convert it themselves to a 60 with supercharging for free. Some cpo 60s go for right on 50k with supercharging... It is possible that someone who doesn't care about those will pay 45k for this car... If the just wanted a cheap large electric car with more range than an i3 for around town. This car still beats a high end i3 which sells for 40k.
Tough crowd. Car sold for asking price last night. In fact was offered 1k over by another during the sale. Thanks for all the responses, gentlemen.
I would've bought this car myself just for the collectors value as I think it will be the most rare car TM ever made including The Roadster. and if you wait long enough it can become a S90 for a few $$$ tbd.
Congrats! I agree about the tough crowd. I came in late so didn't see the asking price. What were you asking?
