2013 Tesla Model S, BMS-w146, GTW-f208, GTW-f209

I just bought this 2013 Tesla Model S in auction.
- The HV Battery is at 0 miles/0%
- When I press the charging port unlock button nothing happens. The touch screen buttons do work on the Frunk and Trunk.
- When going into service notifications I see all the following codes:

- GTW-f208
- GTW-f209
- GTW-f210
- GTW-f016
- GTW-w017
- GTW-w018
- GTW-w157
- GTW-w017
- BMS-w146
- BMS-w098
- BMS-f098
- BMS-w017
- BMS-w146

- The car has 57,500 miles
I am new to Teslas so please don't assume that I know anything.... Just now learning. Any help to get this car going is greatly appreciated.

Short answer is it needs a new main battery. Don't ask me how this is possible, but it has both module over voltage and module over discharged errors.

Happened to notice you're in Sacramento. There is an independent EV repair shop in Rancho Cordova, EV's Republic. They advertise they do repair/replacement of Tesla battery packs on the S. I have no experience with them, so can't speak for the quality of the work there. But since they're local to you, maybe they could help. If you do happen to use them, would be interesting to hear about your experience. Would be useful to hear once my warranty is up...
