Unless I'm mistaken, Tesla also won't service or support the vehicle at all unless the owner spends thousands on recertication. I've read here where an owner in Australia did this, and they still would not re-enable supercharging.

Takes a brave buyer to pick up any salvage car, especially a Tesla, where there's no support from the manufacturer. If it were another brand you could at least buy parts. The only motivating factor should be price - and this car is listed only ~$3K less than a similar year/trim CPO:

Nothing against the OP, but we should want to make sure buyers are well informed. The car shows well in the pictures, but it should be priced significantly below comparable non-salvage cars.

Try eBay. You might get someone to bite. A dealer recently sold (in theory) a rebuilt title 2013 P85 w/ 25,500 miles for $32,990.00 including shipping and a 90 day warranty.
