Why is the Tesla App not working right now?
the vehicle is on Ingineer’s network, a respected member of this forum, which allows the car to supercharge. It was a 1000$ service and works for the lifetime of the vehicle.
It can be returned to Tesla’s network but supercharging would be lost as Tesla Software blocks branded titles from supercharging.

Has anything changed since Sat?
Re-enable supercharging service request on salvage title.

You say the car can be transferred back to Tesla's network in this ad, but in your post on Sat you wrote,

ingineer isn’t eager to help me out as he won’t allow the car back on Tesla, I’d have to loose the 1000$ that’s been paid to him and 500$ (for the inspection they require) back to Tesla to put me on their network again and pay someone to program the car for the on/off switch for supercharging.

I'd part it out if you're confident battery plus motor will yield $26K. It's hard to get a loan for a used car that doesn't have a clean title.
I think your right, and I'm slightly interested in doing it, I just dont know how to go about shipping things like that. Ive only ever used USPS and FEDex. not exactly the best way to ship heavy items. Im sure I could google it, but do you have any shipping recommendations? Thanks for your help.
