theres always a risk with any used vehicle whether its a used Tesla or any other manufacturer. There are some repair shops that can replace any faulty modules if the battery does have issues down the road so the whole pack no longer has to be replaced. Same with the drive unit, there are shops that can replace it if it has issues down the road.
