6 miles/kWh on a Leaf? Consistently? 240 miles on a S60? Perhaps downhill both ways of your commute ?
Drivers have been getting more than 400 miles in a 85kw and 6 plus miles per kilowatt in a LEAF. You don't have to defy gravity to do this. - - - Updated - - - Based on past 5 trips back in June in a LEAF. The highest I've ever seen in 6.5 miles/kw.
Also, does this have the electrochromatic side mirrors, given it's 2014 or is your model before those were implemented?
2014 Model S 60 Nearly Fully Loaded New York City Areas P33142 Any takers on this beauty yet? I'm totally still interested in a 60.
It's sold. Waiting to be picked up. - - - Updated - - - S60 is really the best deal out there. You get an affordable Tesla that's quick and efficient. I also drive a Nissan Leaf in NY metropolitan area, and I never have to worry about charging or range. My 2011 Nissan has 36K miles, and the battery has been sitting at 44.5AHr (15Kwh) or 67% percent of full capacity for a year now. I'm still hoping that the battery will dip below 44Ahr so I can get a new battery under warranty. I get about 6 miles per kilowatt out of the battery, with that I still have 80+ miles of range. For a Tesla at 60kwh, it just keeps going and going.
I think so. Certainly wasn't enjoying the car driving like that. I drive my Leaf conservatively and get 3.9 miles/kWh as do most others. Besting that by 50% would take serious hypermiling and annoying every car behind you
