I think you can come down from your price before you trade it in. Tesla only offered me 52K on mine with 32K miles... and I had leather & rear seats. My list was 91k as well.

I am accept offers. I am already the lowest price CPO for a 2014 on ev-cpo.com. My trade in quote is $57500. My tax savings is about 4K so my break even is about 62K. So any offers above that would be reasonable. Tesla would list for about 65-67K CPO.
