This means that the car has the built in capacity to handle Tesla's high charging system.

Looks like it expires in 2018 unless the purchase date was posted wrong. Still a great deal on a fast car. If it’s still under warranty, just buy a new extended 4 year warranty and you’re good to go.

You are right. The original warantee is for 4 years. The extended warranty for 2 years is $2600 and 4 years is $4250 and can be purchased before March 27 2018

The pricing is $2600 and $4750 for the 4 year. The $4250 is only if purchased within 180 days of original purchase date from Tesla, at least according to the Tesla website. Vehicle Warranty | Model S and Model X
We paid the $4250 which totaled $4526.25 with taxes for the 4 year plan on our S, but it was purchased within the 180 days. Our X shows the cost to be $5300 plus taxes right now, it is beyond the 180 days from in service date.

You are right. the 2 year is $4750 for 4 years and $2600 for 2 years.
