2014 Model S won't go into drive

I'm going to call the service center tomorrow but was curious if anyone on here has any idea what's going on. I drove yesterday without any problem but this morning when I tried to put the car into drive the PRND all went red and it just went back into park. I've tried rebooting but it didn't work. There aren't any messages either. Kinda rough because the warranty expired just 2 months ago. I attached a pic of it if that helps.

Maybe your phone app will give you a message? Use it to turn on the a/c or ?

Maybe it will wake up or reset if you bring the battery level down?

I can control the AC from the car and from the app fwiw I was also able to turn the on the front lights

Oof that was what I was worried but figured I'd ask. Is it ever anything else?
