Hypothetically, if I had this car right now and were looking to sell it for $77K, would it sell?

Not likely, because anyone buying from you would not be eligible for government rebates.

I am in the market for the exact same setup. 60 kwh + tech package (no custom paint)

The guy at Tesla told me with out the door price after tax credit is $72k.

Would I get used 9000km and not wait 3 months for $5k? no thanks.

Very doubtful. Price on new one is going to be $82K-$84K. With new car purchaser getting $7500-$10,000 back. You are really looking at $72K-$74K, minus discount for miles/use. 9,000 km = ~5,600 miles, so with Tesla discount that'll bring the price down near/under $70K, depending on rebates.

Don't forget this is a Canadian car so like for like it is more expensive than one in the US.
