2015 85D to late 2017 75D?

Hello,
As my warranty is approaching fast I am trying to figure if I should keep the car or go into something newer
My 85D has a bit over 100k miles, mMCU2, next gen seats, pano, subzero package, air suspension and free supercharging. Locally the only reasonable newer option are 75Ds. Found a December 2017 one with 90k miles, glass roof, newer premium interior, ap 2.5, but MCU1. Will lose the free supercharging, but would gain 3y of drivetrain/battery warranty compared to 5 months left on mine. To jump in the newer one would cost around 3k CAD + another 3k for MCU2 Upgrade.
Do you think it's a smart move?

Just $3K CAD? Where in Canada is this?

90 k miles is quite a bit for a 2017. Maybe I don't drive much. I have 86k km on my 2016
