2015 model s 85d

Hi all.
My friend have a budget to get 2015 model s 85d. He wants a "s" we saw one with good price but we suspect maybe the ceiling is leaking as we see water stain.
Does anyone know the estimated cost to fix a leak? We need factor that into the purchase price.

I think any estimate is highly speculative without much more information on the nature of the staining.

If the car has a pano roof (opening front roof section) then it could be as simple as the two drain holes at the front corners are clogged. If that's the case, it's quite simple fix. However if also could be something much more significant, such as seal around doors, or worse yet, seal around the glass roof or windshield.
