2015 Model S screen failure

I recently experience a total screen failure, which made my car not drivable. There’s no turn signal, a/c or other functions. I contacted the SC and was advised that I’d have to wait until December 8th, at the earliest, to have it repaired. Apparently, this is happening a lot and the parts are on back order. What made things worst is I only have the one car and the SC couldn’t provide a loaner. They did offer Uber vouchers. But that doesn’t work, being I have to Uber too many times a day to handle business. I think Telsa should be providing a rental car, it seems if would be the same or cost less than Uber vouchers. Has anyone else experience this dilemma?
