2015 No + 12v in front to jump start?

I actually have the OEM red + post and there are the holes with thread on the metal front cross bar but I can’t find any wires that I can attach this cable to. I believe this is not advisable to just re-wire straight line to the 12V + terminal? Or it is that simple?
I don't have the nosecone car anymore to check the OEM installation, but think you are right. If you were jumping it, you'd connect the jumper cables straight to the 12V battery terminals too, so this is just an extension to help you do that. Just make sure the wire is sufficient size/gauge.

Once you get the frunk popped, I advise you to just replace the battery. A 12volt battery that is not charging or old will reduce the lifespan of the DC DC converter (causing it to overwork - shorting the fuse). Can save you a lot of money in the long run. DC DC fuse blown will need your car to be towed into a service center, and EV garage.
