Tesla CPO cars generally don't have free unlimited supercharging anymore, even if they had it originally, although sometimes it comes back for a limited run. There are no hard and fast rules, but generally they dropped it on all their used cars about a year ago. I don't recall the exact date, but they realized that they were throwing money out the window so they started stripping that feature.
