Haha cool. I can’t wait to join the Tesla community! One minor correction l, it’s a p85DL. I typoed the first post whoops. But From all the reading I’ve done in the 90 battery I prefer the 85

I think I finally found the deal I wanted at a local dealership, which means no shipping cost!! They'll even home deliver to me for free (im 20 minutes away). I put a deposit down immediately.
2015 P90DL for $51.1k. 37k miles. Under warranty which I confirmed with Tesla over the phone.
It has some cosmetic issues with it. I went over the car with a comb and wrote them all down in an email. They said they're taking care of all of them which is amazing.
11/15 build, fully loaded (no rfs)
...and it has police lights & sirens integrated lol, no clue how much that costs

It's really sad how poorly Tesla treats their customers compared to a car dealer when buying a used car. Imagine if Tesla made the process of buying a quality car as easy as you describe with them fixing any minor issues with the car....

Which local dealer did you go through? That's a great price.
I don't want to share yet just in case the deal falls through for whatever reason. The repairs will take 1 week, so I will look over it again next week.
Yes! I'll check the monroney whenever I get it transferred to my Tesla account. Will probably be in 2 weeks.
Although it's a good idea, I'm trying to keep the cost down. I'll just make Tesla do every service bulletin that applies when I take ownership since it's still warrantied until the end of the year. Hopefully that will keep me going for many years to come
I agree. This goes to show how well you can do with buying one of these cars with patience and proper research.
