Was parked and all of sudden when I went to the car next morning. Totally dead. Thought it was 12volt and tested fine. Called roadside and they just said the HV battery needs to be replaced. Probably some bad cells.

Upon diagnosis, noted a Battery Management Fault within the High Voltage Battery,
causing an internal fault. Replacement necessary at this time. Removed and replaced
High Voltage Battery assembly. Performed coolant purge and applied necessary firmware.
Proactively replaced 12v due to it being potentially compromised. Function tested full High
Voltage operations with no faults found at this time. Road tested and verified vehicle is
handling as designed at this time. Customer is advised this is a permanent pack
replacement
