Definitely open to suggestions but I don't think your comparing apples to apples. Closest CPO on Tesla that I can find is: 85 kWh Performance Model S 5YJSA1E44GF097027 | Tesla

Yeah, P85D CPO prices range from $85,000 - $104,000. Most are in the low-mid $90s for P85Ds. There are some in the 9000-10000 mile range for $92-97k. And these come with full 4-yr CPO warranties.
