Yes car is in AZ, shipping will most likely be around $1000 to $1200. I am out of town and can can take more pictures, here are some that I have on my phone but not the best quality. No accidents.

I have not charged it 100% lately but 90% is around 230 miles. Yes I can take a picture of the screen that shows that the car is 75 not 60, Tesla even put the updated badges on it.
