When I leased my M5, I came to dealership with no checkbook. EVERYTHING was rolled into the lease including TTL. I would not do it any other way.

This thread is not meant to be a lease vs. buy thread...we have plenty of those already here :) But if someone is in the market and a lease makes sense to *them* for whatever reason and...is based in HI, that's a decent deal.

As for getting every single fee rolled into your lease...some people are willing to pay for that convenience, but it never comes for free.
 
Correct, when leasing, the tax credit goes the leasor. To make up this/part of this, I believe the residual value is supposed to be increased by $7,500 thus reducing lease payments...I don't think this is a well documented/regulated/established practice though.
