2016 Model S 34k

Just bought a 2016 model s 34k.
I am getting really low real miles even though driving slowly.
Full charge upto 95% shows 225 miles but achieves only 50% thats is 100 real miles.
With avg 475wh/miles.
Anh advice why is it doing so low miles ?

You average is very high. If you say you have been driving slowly, you should get around 290 wh/mile on a good summer day and 330 on a cold day. Also short trips will necessarily consume more than one long trip of 200 miles.

What is the specific model? 75 kWh? 90 or 100 kWh?

Does it mean battery not good.
My home charger is 7kw podpoint
Shall i try supercharge it ?

An electron is an electron. Supercharging versus plugging into a 110 V wall outlet won't make a difference. Many factors can affect battery performance significantly, including freezing and below temperatures, use of heater, tire pressure, frequent short trips, rapid acceleration, etc. On a warm day take a 100 mile drive, check tire pressure, speed 65-70 mph and see how you do.

Frequent short trips is what I suspect. That will show a very skewed high consumption. Doesn't mean your battery is bad.
