So, the car is listed as an auction sale. In this case - is Supercharging turned on with the car? Does the car get software updates? Is the title a clean title, or a rebuilt / salvage title? I'm asking because in many cases a structural damage car sold at auction is something that Tesla will cut off support and cancel the warranty for.


If Tesla did sell you this car, and didn't disclose this kind of history, you probably have grounds for a lawsuit (I'm not a lawyer, consult your lawyer).

Looks like there may be a lien on the title as well.

Where did you find that? A VIN lookup on the Florida DMV site shows no Lien.

Duke. The car has the 4-year 50,000 mile warranty from Tesla. I've taken the car in for service with zero issues regarding my warranty.
The car supercharged is fine and I have supercharged with zero problems.
Tesla fully support the vehicle there is no service warranty charging issue that has been cut off from the car.

Just going to repeat myself. this is my personal car I bought it pre-owned from Tesla with a full Tesla warranty. I paid the car off in cash The title is electronic but I can get a paper copy of course if I'm going to sell the car.
again for the record there is not a single thing mechanically wrong with this car. It is perfect functioning order.
