I had a loaner with that interior and those are some incredibly comfortable seats with a headrest that actually touches your head. Looks great with that blue and CF decor. GLWS!!

Based on my experience, yes. I found the Ultra White seats to be more supportive and definitely more comfortable than the Black Leather.

The vegan material isn't as prone to creasing and softening like cow leather is. The padding has also held up quite well. I don't feel any difference between my seats and the brand new showroom models.

No, they had stopped making the ventilated seats in late Fall 2016, due to problems with durability. Apparently, they have reintroduced them in the newer models.

All color seats now are the same because they have switched over to the synthetic materials on all colors. On the older seats only the white was synthetic. I believe the new P cars now come only in white or black ventilated unless it is a special build.
