Charge current will go to 48 amps standard on the 75. If high amperage charger equipped it would go to 72 (only possible to obtain over 40 with a properly wired/setup HPWC)

I was told the current cars with 48a charging are software limited to 48, it is a 72 charger that can be upgraded for a fee. They may not be upgradable on all models due to what Tesla allows though.
