Keeping my S for many reasons and adding a AWD 3 when available, but here are a few I could think of:

Better range (more efficient)
Enhanced Auto Pilot and FSD capable vs AP1 (some value this)
Cool hvac vents
Center console storage and real cup holders
Door pockets
Lighted vanity mirrors (until very recently)
Smaller form factor if one doesn’t need the space
Currently opportunity for short term resale/profit taking

I never said 3 was better than S. But to answer your question, the LR 3 has more range than my S, handles better, and has better AP capability. Simply personal preference.

How many miles does a 100% charge get? Does it have an extended warranty, or do you have the ability to add it on?

Haven't charged to 100% recently, but I get 195mi @ 80%, which equates to 244mi @ 100%. No extended warranty but, yes, it can be added on.
