2016 model x both rear Passenger window button no response?! Can only use driver window control!

2016 Model x passenger window button no response. Both backroll buttons don’t work. Front passenger is fine tho. Can open and close the passenger window only from driver window control. Tried the 10 secs reset with both the driver and passenger control and also hard reset the vehicle but still the same. Any suggestions? Note The disable passenger window button is off

Tried searching for this issue but seems no one had this problem. Some one has recommended updating the button but my warranty is over. Don’t think it’s the button not working as both sides same issue. Seems a software issue?!

it is actually a feature to disable all passenger window controls. Check the manual for location of the control
