Oh come on guys, be easy. The "highest bidder" will get this car, and that bidder may or may not come from eBay. This car will sell at a wholesale price, either to one of the forum members here, eBay, or a highest bidding dealer.

I thought EAP means auto-lane-changing, summon, and auto-park is enabled. I added to description that autopilot version is 1.

You might be able to get close to 70k, but just FYI to compare to retail prices, I've been looking at the Tesla website and there have been quite a few that sold for around 70-71k with 4 year warranty and free supercharging in the last few weeks.
