Tried to get price right against comparable cars here, KBB, and relative to trade-in value to make it worthwhile. Thinking this is a fair price for buyer and seller.

No. That sounds like a fairly fair deal. The car is one of the cheaper ones, of course, 75 kWh battery and no glass roof, no sun roof. With 80K miles I think he's priced it about right. If you think it's a "pretty good deal", you ought to buy it and resell it for more. I doubt you can do that.
