2017 Model S No Longer Charges - At Service Center Parking Lot for third day now with 0 miles and no charge - Battery damage?

I am getting messages in the app saying to charge the car or battery damage may occur. It can no longer charge and the service center visit isn't for another 5 days. Battery is at 0 miles and basically completely dead. Is this really going to kill the battery?

Maybe unhook the 12v battery. I think it won't be conditioned anymore when the hv soc is very low, phantom drain will completely drain the 12v battery at which point you can’t get into the car or even open the frunk anymore to charge it, only via the emergency release behind the nosecone or both front wheel wells (facelift)
