The Middle Row Seat needs to be replaced. The seat was stuck at a 45 degree angle. Brought it in for an estimate of 2750.00 to replace the seat. The WPB, FL service center returned the seat back to the upright position, but it does not fold. The rear seats are stuck in the position shown in the photos. Once the seat is replaced, the code on the dash, and the seats will perform correctly. I included the quote of the seats in the pics. The charge port door was just replaced as well.

What I am saying, undless I misunderstood OP comment is that anyone buying the car and wanting to use FSD is going to need to subscribe or buy it. And agree, free SC (if he has it), is also not transferable.

FSD and or EAP is 100% transferable.

I just sold my 2017 75DX with FSD Beta and software still on car and usable after ownership transferred. And Free Supercharging isn't transferrable unless car was built before March 2017.

Could be that your friend who purchased the car from someone who was subscribed to FSD and not purchased outright. FSD if paid in full should always transfer. FUSC (SC01) is transferable but you do not see many cars with that as it had to be effective prior to a certain date.

Your “friend” probably purchased a car with the FSD computer and not the software. Happens all the time.
