Due to a potential change in circumstances, I am exploring interest in a lease assumption of my Model X.
It is a 70D, Multi-coat red, premium black interior. Exterior chrome and rims were professionally dipped black - holding up great and looks amazing, but easy to remove (at least turn in and/or anytime you want to get back to shiny chrome).
Nearly completely loaded vehicle:
Lease is for $898.10/month for 36 months/10k miles year. Three payments already made so 33 remaining payments and currently about 27,250 miles left. This was originally an inventory car, so the current odometer is 9,400 miles.
Terms for lease transfer are being a qualified assignee ($150/credit app), and, if approved, a $500 (plus tax) assumption fee.
I'll turn over lease for $2000 all in, but you pay credit app, and it comes off the $2000 if you assume the lease.
