2017 Model X headlight issue

Hello! My passenger side headlight no longer works (main lamp, fog and turn indicator) - just over 100000 km. Rear passenger turn indicator just flickers faster than normal (from what I know, this indicates a bulb/fuse issue perhaps). Vehicle has been reset and powered off several times, but issue persists.

Tesla wants $1800 CAD to replace the entire headlight unit.

I suspect it's just the bulb/ballast that needs replacement, maybe just the fuse, but I haven't seen much info about this online (for the Model X specifically) and Tesla claims they don't replace individual parts of the headlight - they just want to replace the entire thing.

Anyone else encounter this issue, or have any suggestions?
