Do you have a candidate location? I recommend you collect some contact info for a place you would like to see a SC in Mililani and submit it through the Charging page on Tesla.com.
Here we are with one month to go. What are the chances they put the Honolulu Supercharger in by New Years?
The way that the state permitting process works, we're lucky if we get it before 2019's rollout of the semi.
When I went to the Semi reveal, I talked to the regional Tesla guy in charge of Hawaii and asked about Superchargers. He didn't know what the status was but said he would check with Drew (not sure who that is). Also said he was coming down in a few weeks. I gave him my card, so will see if I get any follow-up.
Old Macy's Kailua building is in grey. Only two EV spots as of 02/14/17. As I see other plans, I hope to see a whole row of Tesla chargers for the expected Kailua superchargers.

That looks to be just a generic place holder for Honolulu area. I don't think we'll ever see superchargers at Iolani palace.
Tesla Ala Moana Center is expanding their store. They are taking over the space to the right gaining an additional 1,600 SF.

My understanding is the expansion is for Tesla Energy (i.e. powerwall, solar) Tesla auto will remain in the existing portion of the store. Eventually there will be a Model 3 in store replacing one of the two Model S's vehicles currently in store.

latest rumor that I heard is that they are waiting until Nanimac buys her 10th Tesla (not including pedal cars)
Latest rumors were one in Downtown/Kakaako and one in Kapolei. There have been a bunch of personnel changes at the Ala Moana store and service center so just trying to connect with the right person who's handling the search now. Unfortunately, some Hawaii employees were part of the 9% cuts
