You would need to look in your Tesla account to know because half the employees at Tesla don’t seem to know how the transferable Supercharging works. Transferable SC ended at the beginning of 2017. There isn’t any "transfer once" unless you are talking about the time the owner gets the car from Tesla.

This is correct. If the vehicle was delivered after the first two weeks of January, 2017, then the unlimited free Supercharging is not transferrable. Another way to look at it is that if you got unlimited free Supercharging because you had a referral, then it is not transferrable.
