2017 X 100D w mcu 1 but cant view sentry events?

I just picked up a new to me used 2017 Model X 100D and recently got the V11 software update. I have MCU 1 at this time with usb drive plugged to capture sentry events. When I pull up the toolbar with the new icons, I dont see the one for the dashcam. I have cameras all around the car and the dashcam icon w red dot is at the top of the screen.

Do I need the MCU 2 chip installed in order for the dashcam videos to play?? Once i get car registered into my Tesla account it will be going in for that uograde and the yellow display border too.
