I supercharge a lot with my 75D. I have been capped at 70 kW max (245 mi/hr) for the past 2.5 years. I have noticed my X 75D suddenly supercharging at 98-100 kW (315 mi/hr) !!! I'm super excited about this as I have been previously "throttled" which appears to have been stopped. IDK how this exactly occurred by my current software version update is v10.2 (2020.48.37). Anyone else notice this??

Yeah! I allso noticed increasing chargingspeed after the latest uppdate on my X60D(75kwh) 48.37.1. It vent from Max 84kw to 122kw. Very exited myself about this. I thought the battery was capped due to too much DC-charging.
But I belive it’s due to a long lasting bug.
Sure hope it stays like this for the longest time. It’s like having a new car again ;)

I was also capped at 92kw for thr longest time. I just got my MCU 2 upgrade and hit 160kw!!

I’m assuming the newer unit was able to receive the latest updates and that’s the reasoning behind my bump. I was stuck on 2020.48.12 prior to upgrade this week

Wow - hope this is universal. I am going to have to go out and try a supercharge session. I actually had put in a service call about this charging speed in September after a couple of longer road trips and found max of 83 Kw at V3 chargers. Tesla service pulled the logs and said it was normal. In fact, the technician drives a pre-facelift model S on long distance service calls and said that he gets the same speeds.

I also upgraded to MCU2 well before the road trips so that did not help with the charge speed.

My 2017 X 90D increased from 92kw to 140kw, although after 45% speed slows down to usual, but still saves 15min each charge.

I really empathize with those that experienced slow charging. That is never a good feeling.

But just to add one data point, I had a 2016 X 75D that reached its highest ever charge rate, 134 kw (see attached pic), in January of this year while running software 2020.48.12.

My experience with 2020.48.12 is clearly different from other experiences reported here, so that seems to support the view that previous vehicle history is the determining factor, not just software version.

Of course with Tesla, you never know what a future software update may bring. Glad to see so many reports that supercharging speeds are being uncapped!
