I have a 2018 LR with a failed passenger headlight. It wasn't the 'ballast' module, so I bought a used assembly from Ebay and plugged it in. Worked right away, but the brightness didn't match the driver side. Software update fixed that issue.
I saw corrosion on the DRL module in the back, so I removed it. One screw was rusted, so I had to drill that one out. Found the module's LEDs were blown, and the plastic lens that they project into was partially melted. I've seen some replacement modules on ebay for pretty cheap, but the partially melted lens worries me. Is that part replaceable?
