Just curious when these two upgrades were (and what they were). Just wondering if my recently purchased 2018 show room M3 has issues I didn’t even know about... thanks.

Your car wont have problems related to these upgrades! Tesla just made a few changes quietly, but that doesn't mean anything was necessarily wrong before, just improved.

and as for the headlight upgrade, I haven't found anything to specific to what they changed, just vague descriptions of what they accomplished
