From my experience CarMax buying from consumer prices are below wholesale values. KBB Instant Cash Offers in my experience offer the most cash from a dealer for a vehicle. People have gotten more from Tesla, but that only applies to Trade ins, and Tesla doesn't have a publicly accessible tool to give an estimated cash value they'll pay for a given vehicle.
