2018 Model 3 AC Issue - Not cold when parked, doesn't cool down when turned on from app

Anyone have this issue? When I set the climate to cool not the app, it says its on but does not cool the car at all. I got in the car to see if AC was on but the AC button kept going on and off every 8-10 seconds.

I've noticed this too. Try turning the AC on 20+ minutes before getting back to the car only to find the car is still hot as hell and the ac fan was only blowing in the front and on a very low fan speed. As soon as I open the door the fan immediately ramps up to cool the car down. Cooling via app is basically useless.

I haven't had this issue that I know of. Do you have the dog mode on? What settings do you use when you leave the car?
