2018 model 3 heat only warm when on full

Hello everyone. I just recently (a few hours ago ) had my 2018 m 3 at the SC for and auto pilot error and some B pillar / door trim replacement. After leaving I put my heat on about 23 degrees Celsius (where I normally have it) and it was blowing cold air. So naturally I turned up the heat and did not notice a change. I then took it a step further and maxed out my heat and boom ! It’s hot !! But even dropping it a half a degree it goes back to cool. Has anyone experienced this ?? I live so far away from the only SC and this will be my 3 time back in a month. Help !!

The work order might still be open. Have you contacted the service centre? I don’t think the 18' had a heat pump so it might be a core heater thing. Just my 2¢ (Canadian).

How warm was the car's interior? If the inside of the car is already at 40C for example, whatever the temp you set you will get cool air unless you set to max...
