EAP now costs 7k to add, so if someone bought this, they'd have to shell out 7k if they want EAP?

Edit: If so, that means 47,750 + 7000 = 54,750 to get this car w/EAP and 6k miles
Brand new TM3 w/those options and EAP AND AWD = 62k - 7500 tax cred = 54.5k

So, if I'm understanding correctly, it would actually be cheaper to buy a brand new TM3 with 0 miles and AWD?

If this line of reasoning is correct, you may have better luck putting it up on eBay. Have you got a trade-in value from Carmax and Vroom?
